My Fall 2019 Practicum was my first Practicum and formal experience in the school as a Teacher Candidate. Through observations of my Teacher Mentor’s classroom, other classrooms, and the school as a whole I have had a experience that has shaped how I plan lessons, how I anticipate engaging in classroom management and how I seek to respond to and meet the needs of students. My Journal Reflections provide further insight into my experiences, learnings and take aways from this first Practicum.
